
999 have worked with BBC Digital, producing all supporting below-the-line campaign materials, since 2003. Most BBC advertising trailers end with a call to action where viewers are invited to get in touch for more information. Our brief was to produce a printed brochure to support the new BBC Digital campaign and also act as a stand alone piece.
Developing a campaign entitled 'Meet the Family, we introduced a cast of animals to demonstrate the diversity of choices available. The consumer is taken through the facts and merits of Digital TV using the BBC's channels to highlight content. To simplify the digital proposition itself, we proposed an easy 3-step process that made the choices much easier to follow. Peppered throughout were highlights from BBC TV, BBC interactive channels and BBC radio stations.
The result is an easy-to-follow, succinct but informative guide that would help viewers more easily make the switch to digital. We created all aspects of the campaign, from initial concepts to all content, copywriting and print and production.
